Shelby Ludolph, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Shelby has experience working with clients of all ages; however, primarily works with individuals ages 5 to 25 years of ages, as well as children ages 0-5 years old (and their parents) who have experienced traumatic events. Shelby utilizes trauma-informed and attachment- focused techniques from Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Child Parent Psychotherapy theories.
Shelby’s particular interests are working with those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression.
Shelby graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2022 with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and started working with children, teens, individuals, and families. That same year she became a Licensed Professional Counselor and has worked in community mental health and child welfare. Shelby is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and is completing training to be a rostered provider of Child Parent Psychotherapy.
