This is a great option if you are uninsured or have a high deductible and choose to opt out of using your insurance.

Our membership program is one fee billed monthly. Your price doesn’t change!
A credit card or debit card is required and will be billed on the first Monday of each month (unless it’s a holiday.)

Is a membership required to utilize services?

 

No, all of our services can be utilized apart from a membership; however, our membership options are an excellent option for overall healthcare cost savings. Explore our membership options to see if they would benefit you and your family.


Can I change my membership option anytime?

 

Yes, cancel your membership by emailing angie@tworoadswellnessclinic.com or by calling any of the offices. Please allow 7 business days to process the cancellation.

The membership runs from the 1st day of the following month that you sign up until the last day of the month.  For example, if you sign up May 15th, your plan will start on June 1st.  


Late Cancelation and No Show Policy:

 

Memberships are not charged our $65/ late cancel or no-show fee. Because of this, you would be forfeiting your appointment if you don’t cancel prior to 24 hours of your appointment.

You are charged the same amount regardless of whether you utilize all of your monthly appointments or not. If you cancel prior to 24 hours, you can reschedule that appointment in the same month. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
