• Working towards quicker response times and scheduling within 24 hours.
• Providing free resources and education to the community through presentations and outreach.

Getting to the root cause of a client or patient's concern comes from Functional Medicine. Since we practice integrative health, we combine elements of conventional and functional medicine to provide the best care for our people we support.

The reason we have such a multi-dimensional team is so that we can treat the whole person! Each part of who we are affects the other parts of who we are. When we only address one aspect of a person, we may miss something that's affecting the area we are trying to support.

Integrative Medicine Values:
• Using protocols from both conventional and alternative medicine.
• A focus on informed consent- we the providers offer options of care that will provide the person with solutions and partner with them to support their healing and recovery.
• Personalized care- who is this person in front of me and what do they specifically need for their recovery?
• The person as a whole- understanding that each system affects the other systems and may be causing symptoms in their body, mind, or spirit.
• More time with the person- not rushing through a visit but spending time listening to their concerns and making decisions together.

We address a person's mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Research shows that multi-disciplinary teams produce higher quality, person-centered care.
We can easily get stuck in our own worlds and forget that we have other team members available that can offer our clients or patients additional support. It's like forming a picture of good health from pieces of a puzzle. We each hold a piece of the puzzle to the wellbeing of our clients and we each have something to offer.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to add to our multidisciplinary team of providers. Mental health experience and knowledge of integrative health is a must.
