Office Manager

Anika Wells is the welcoming face you’ll see at the front desk of our Champaign Crossing location. As Office Manager, Anika is passionate about creating a warm, comfortable environment where every patient feels seen, supported, and at ease. With a background in business administration, psychology, and web design from Parkland College, Anika is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Illinois Springfield. Her goal is to continue her education at Northwestern University to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Driven by a desire to make life better for others, Anika takes great pride in remembering each patient by name and ensuring that every visit feels personal and positive. Whether you need help scheduling an appointment, navigating a bill, or just want someone to talk to, Anika is always ready to lend a listening ear and a helping hand.

Outside of the clinic, Anika tutors students in math and reading from third grade through high school. She enjoys traveling to visit her long-distance boyfriend, bowling in a Tuesday night league, and cheering on the Indiana Fever with her dad. She’s also a concert and festival enthusiast—and a proud cat mom to two very large cats.
