Trinity Dokey

Billing Specialist

Trinity Dokey is our billing specialist at Two Roads Wellness Clinic. She strives to make sure that the billing process is as smooth and transparent as possible for patients. Helping patients to focus on their health and recovery, rather than financial concerns.

Trinity is currently pursuing an Associate degree in Health Information Technology from Danville Area Community College. Furthermore, she is pursuing certification in medical billing and medical coding along with being a registered health information technologist from DACC. Trinity completed her clinicals at Two Roads Wellness Clinic, where she instantly fell in love with the facility and the wonderful staff. She is truly grateful to be working at such an amazing place!

Trinity always wanted to work in the medical field but didn’t know if face-to-face with patients was the best for her. Health Information Technology gave her the opportunity to contribute to healthcare in a meaningful way while staying behind the scenes. She is excited to help streamline and support the healthcare system, especially in the billing aspect.

Trinity is specializing in the mental health side of the billing department, where she handles a variety of responsibilities, including billing, coding, and insurance processing. Trinity shares, “I enjoy working in this specialty because it allows me to make a direct impact on the accessibility of care for individuals seeking mental health services.”

Trinity enjoys helping the billing department run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Accuracy is key, and she takes pride in ensuring that every detail is correct, so the department functions without unnecessary issues. Her consistent work ensures that the facility receives payments on time, while always being as helpful as she can when interacting with patients.

Trinity describes herself as diligent and she takes her job seriously. Reflecting on her role, she states, “I love what I do and pride myself on being both efficient and effective. My attention to detail and dedication are what drive me to do my best every day.”

In Trinity’s free time, she volunteers at local churches and food pantries, giving back to her community whenever she can. She has always been a sports person and was a competitive bowler for 15 years, winning multiple championships and scholarships. Outside of work she also enjoys crafting, crocheting, and spending time outdoors. I love to travel and experience new places whenever I can.
